Vada Plants ("we", "us") runs vadaplants.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

If you use a contact or plant support form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any photo you upload. If you join the newsletter, we store your email address in our Squarespace contacts. Our site host (Squarespace) may collect technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited, and may set cookies needed to run the site.

How we use it

We use form messages to reply to you. We use newsletter emails only to send plant updates you asked for. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with service providers who host the site or deliver email, and only so they can do that job.

Shopping

Plant and accessory sales happen on our Etsy shop, not on this website. Etsy has its own privacy policy for orders, payments, and shipping.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email we send. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@vadaplants.com. If you are a California resident, you may also ask us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share it.

Children

This site is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
